Summer Workout Schedule

2020 Fighting Owl and Lady Owl Strength and Conditioning Workouts


Girls 7th-12th Time: 8:30-10:00 AM (Arrive at 8:20 to begin check-in procedures)


Boys 7th-12th Time:    5:45-7:30 PM (Arrive at 5:45 to begin check-in procedures)

In order to optimize student and faculty safety the following protocols must be adhered to:

  • Students must check in daily and complete a screening including taking temperature.
  • Students will be assigned small groups and stations to work in to limit exposure.
  • Students will sanitize any shared equipment between sets.
  • Students must enter the front door of the weight room and exit the back door.  
  • There is no access to locker rooms, showers, water fountains, etc.
  • Students will not be allowed to share water.  Please bring your own water bottles.  
  • There will be no congregating in the parking lot, gyms or any other shared space.  

We are fortunate to be able to get back into the weight room and start working towards the 2020 season.  Your coaches are anxious to see all of you and ready to help you back into the swing of the things.  Please be patient with us as we navigate through these new procedures.  Workouts will be much more structured in order to try to maximize student safety!
