Immunizations

All immunizations should be up to date by the first day of attendance at school.
 
The law requires that students be fully vaccinated against the specified diseases.
 
It is a state law that your child's immunization record be kept up-to-date and on file in the school office.
 
A student can be enrolled provisionally for no more than 30 days if he/she is transferring from another Texas school.
Student’s transferring from an out-of state school must have their completed immunization record in the school office before they can be admitted to the school.

Meningitis vaccine is recommended for all children at their preadolescent visit with their doctor. If your child has never received the vaccine, it is recommended before they start high school. Local Texas Department of State Health Services can administer influenza vaccine and required immunizations. Local offices are:  202 S.Judson Ave., Navasota, Tx 936-825-7476 and 201 N. Texas Ave., Bryan, Tx 979-361-4440.

Jr High Immunization Requirements

Students entering 7th grade must show proof of the following immunizaitons: #2 Varicella, Tdap within last five years, and Meningococcal. These immunizations are available at your doctors office or the Texas Department of State Health Services in Bryan. Contact the school nurse if you are unsure if your child is current on these immunizations.
